This design puts the force of the tow on the transom where it belongs Towing from the front D rings puts all the force in the D rings which can and will pull off.

Feed eyes of the bridle through the D rings on each side of the bow then cross over and attach to the lift rings on the transom. If there are no lift rings on the transom you will have to install them as in the photo. Adjust the chafe guards and lock in place with zip ties.
