Removal of this windlass was a real hack job....the connector plate is included but was cut/mangled in de-installation and is not usable (see last few photos for damage). The housing that goes through the deck has two fastener holes that were drilled out and this has compromised the integrity of the windlass. SELLING AS PARTS ONLY. It likely can be made to function but will need a lot of work.....a project! This purchase is best for someone who already owns this particular model and wants spares for cruising.
